Our Office Staff
When a customer comes to our facility, we want to make the repair process as easy as possible. Our receptionist’s goal is to make you feel welcome and at ease. From there, a service writer will greet you and assess the damage to your vehicle. Our service writers are not just order takers, but are active repair professionals who know today’s cars and work with the insurance company to facilitate the repair. Once the car is in the shop, they work with our technicians in determining the correct path of repair. Our office staff is trained in insurance procedures both relating to the repair itself and the means of payment. They are responsible to help the service writers communicate with the customer while the car is in the shop, and to quell any concerns that might arise during this time.
Our Technical Staff
From the smallest dent on your car to a major collision, our technicians are trained in all the accepted repair procedures that have been adopted by major facilities nationwide. Training is an ongoing state of mind at Auto Collision Center. Our mind-set is not fixed; we are constantly learning and expanding our skills. Our goal is to treat your car as if it was our own; no shortcuts, just clean, excellent workmanship. We have the equipment to do the job right the first time and according to manufacturer’s requirements. We pride ourselves on a job well done. We have at our disposal, three different systems for unibody alignment – each for their own special purpose. Our welding procedures and equipment are those recommended by the manufacturers. We also utilize our dealership network extensively – after all, we too are a part of the SilverStar team.
